Our highly flexible machinery guarantees a wide daily production of flat, conical, cylindrical, rise-shaped, horseshoe-shaped, engine-supporting circular fanguards, flat or boxed rectangular grids, with protective function of the motor-side of machinery, belts, pulleys, impellers, drive shafts, pistons and every other mechanical part in movement.

As well as with standard geometries, we develop special products on demand, even in stainless steel, for applications in:

• food industry (honey extractors grids and supports, safety guards for kneaders, pizza-makers, chillers, refrigerating rooms, ovens …)
• agriculture (protections for sprayers and olives squeezers, muffler cover for internal comb. engines, blow-protections for bushcutters…)

Fan guards for air blast sprayers and sulphurators.
The suction models have a conical or raised conical geometry, with 6 or 12 brackets, both with a closed central disc or a perforated disc.
The output models can be in a truncated cone or horse-shoe shaped, conical with a central hole, or simply with a calendered band.

Fan guards for idustrial fans and vacuums.
This type of grids is highly customizable. It is possible to choose the number of brackets, the pitch, the diameters of the last ring / interaxis / maximum external ring, the one relative to the possible central hole, the thickness of the wires to be used, the geometry (flat, conical or raised), and so on…

Custom circular grids for any application.
There are many types of products: carters for orbital mixers, bumper grids for industrial lamps, grids for gas heaters, anti-rags grilles for industrial vacuums, covers for boats propellers …

Protective carters made of 60×11 and 90×12 mesh, in one or two pieces, suitable to cover the transmission parts in piston air compressors.
These carters can easily be assembled and fixed to the frame thanks to dedicated accessories (“Accessories” section).
In addition to this type of protection we also supply other custom-made grids for the world of compressed air.

Anti-shearing panels.
Made of 60×11, 90×12 or TEC mesh, these carters in one or more shaped pieces are made specifically to completely cover the lifting systems of forklifts used in the logistic and agricultural sectors.

Electro-welded grids are not only used in the field of accident prevention protection, but can also be used to make products for the furniture, apiculture, packaging and pastry sectors.

There is no limit to the imagination: with our machineries it is possible to make objects of any shape, even of large dimensions, in wire from 2,40 mm to 8,00 mm thick.

We do not only work in the field of accident prevention, but we also make customized components for the beekeeping, display, furniture and gardening sectors, where functionality is the fundamental requirement.

All products can be supplied together with specific accessories.
The 100% virgin PA66 made fixing clips allow the rapid joining of two components in 60×11 mesh; the spacers, always made of PA66, confer structural rigidity to the belt guards for compressors. Finally, the square washers in galvanized sheet allow the protection grids to be fixed to the frame.
